Will not open trying to pay for a item

What has happened to this app? Usually once a statement has be produced is tells me the balance that I owe and when this will be taken from my bank account. I've had loads of payments pending for days and no idea how much I've spent since my last statement??? Telephone customer service was useless, making me sound stupid!!!

Credit card balance inaccurate and all the telephony advisor could say was, "yes, don't trust the app because it's not always accurate" Fantastic😂

Ok for checking savings accounts but unable to withdraw money, I have to go to the online site. I feel sure i used to be able to do it, but no longer an option.

Top up function through app stopped working. Been trying through two web browsers on my phone and it's saying can't find the page. Have to do top ups through my bank website. Tesco do something about it !!!
